I am a descriptive linguist, educator, and researcher dedicated to the study of languages. I hold both a Master’s degree and a Ph.D. from the University of São Paulo, and for more than three decades I have devoted my career to teaching classical languages and conducting linguistic research.

My work focuses on the description, documentation, and preservation of Indigenous languages, especially those spoken in the Amazon region. As a descriptive linguist, I seek to understand and document languages as they are actually spoken, contributing to the preservation of linguistic knowledge and cultural heritage. I am also committed to mentoring students, researchers, and professionals interested in the scientific study of language.

Throughout my career, I have taught Koine Greek, Biblical Hebrew, Latin, and Descriptive Linguistics to students from many different countries. My approach combines philological tradition, academic rigor, and extensive field experience gained through years of research and teaching.
